ACTIVE FORM PRO™ by CELONIQUE is a cosmetic body lotion intended for professional skin-care routines associated with EMS training. Its role is to care for the skin: supporting hydration, softness and a comfortable, well-conditioned skin feel.
The formula combines moisture-binding ingredients, emollients, niacinamide and panthenol with a multi-peptide system and Centella Asiatica Leaf Vesicles. Together, the moisturising and conditioning components address dry-feeling, rough or tight-feeling body skin.
Where compatibility has been confirmed for the specific EMS system, the lotion can be incorporated into the professional skin-preparation protocol before the training garment is applied. The approved product-device protocol determines the application area, amount and sequence.

EMS Training and Skin Care: How They Work Together
EMS, or Electrical Muscle Stimulation, delivers electrical impulses through electrodes to stimulate nerves and produce muscle contractions. The training programme and equipment determine how this stimulation is applied.
ACTIVE FORM PRO™ provides the topical skin-care component of the routine. Its humectants help attract and retain moisture, while its emollients soften the skin surface. This allows a professional programme to address both the training experience and the condition of the skin.
The lotion is not a substitute for the contact medium specified by the equipment manufacturer. EMS muscle stimulation does not by itself establish increased penetration of peptides or plant-derived vesicles through the skin.
Understanding the Ingredients
Moisture-Binding Complex
Glycerin, Sodium PCA, Sodium Lactate and Urea are humectants used to attract and retain water in the skin’s outermost layers. They contribute to the formula’s moisture-focused care for dry or tight-feeling skin.
Hyaluronic Acid Components

Before the First Application

Application Before the EMS Garment
Use the following sequence only where pre-application of ACTIVE FORM PRO™ has been approved for the product-device combination:
- Assess the skin. Check the intended application areas and follow the equipment’s suitability and contraindication requirements. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin.
- Prepare the area. Clean and prepare the skin as directed by the approved professional protocol.
- Apply the lotion. Distribute the specified amount evenly over the approved body areas. Follow the protocol regarding absorption time and any areas that must remain product-free.
- Fit the training garment. Apply the garment and position the electrodes according to the equipment manufacturer’s instructions.
- Perform the EMS session. Use the prescribed training settings and monitor skin comfort throughout. Stop the session if burning, pain or irritation occurs.
- Complete the routine. Remove the equipment, inspect the skin and follow the specified cleansing and aftercare instructions.
Lotion quantity, absorption time, stimulation intensity, session duration and session frequency are determined by the approved professional protocol. They cannot be inferred from the product’s pack size.
Device Compatibility
- EMS suits and textile electrodes: Use only when this lotion is permitted by the equipment manufacturer and the professional protocol.
- Adhesive EMS electrodes: Follow the required skin preparation. Do not apply lotion beneath electrodes when lotion-free skin is specified.
- Red light, NIR, RF, ultrasound or other devices: Compatibility must be established separately for each product-device combination.
Use Within a Five-Week Programme

Optional Care Between Sessions
ACTIVE FORM PRO™ may also be used for ordinary body moisturising care where permitted by its product instructions. Apply to clean, intact skin and massage gently until distributed. On training days, follow the EMS system’s requirements for product-free skin where applicable.

HYGIENIC APPLICATION

Avoid repeatedly placing unwashed fingers directly into the container, as this may introduce oils, moisture or impurities into the product.
Clean the applicator after each use and allow it to dry completely before storing.

- Cleanse the face thoroughly and gently dry the skin.
